目的 :探讨二陈汤合煎剂和分煎颗粒剂的药理作用差异。方法 :采用小鼠气管酚红排泄实验、氨水引咳实验和豚鼠整体组胺吸入诱喘实验 ,比较二陈汤合煎剂和颗粒剂在祛痰、镇咳和平喘作用方面的差异。结果 :合煎和分煎颗粒剂均能明显促进小鼠气管内酚红排泄量 ,延长咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数 ,显著延长组胺吸入致豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和翻倒发生时间 ,降低翻倒率。结论 :二陈汤分煎颗粒剂的药效不亚于传统的合煎剂 Objective: To explore the difference of pharmacological effects of Erchen Decoction and Fenjian Granules. METHODS: The mouse tracheal phenol red excretion test, aqueous ammonia cough test and guinea pig overall histamine inhalation and asthma induction test were used to compare the differences in the effects of Erchen Decoction decoction and granules on sputum, antitussive and asthmatics. RESULTS: Both Hejian Hefenjian Granules can significantly promote the excretion of phenol red in the trachea, prolong the cough latency and reduce the number of cough, significantly prolong the latency of asthma attack in guinea pigs caused by histamine inhalation, and reduce the incidence of overturning. . Conclusion : The efficacy of Erchentangfenjian granules is no less than traditional decoction
