目的进一步确定团体辅导对中职学生网络文化心理健康教育的积极作用。方法本文通过团体辅导公开招募和推荐的形式,对职业中学学生网络文化心理健康教育的影响的小样本应用研究。结果经过面谈确定作为团体辅导的对象,共进行6次团体辅导,对改善男生精神卫生抑郁、焦虑和人际关系敏感有积极作用,对改善女生强迫症效果明显。结论通过辅导说明团体辅导对提高职业中学学生网络文化心理健康水平有着积极的作用。
Objective To further determine the positive effect of group counseling on the psychological education of cybercultural psychology of secondary vocational students. Methods Through the application of group counseling in the form of open recruitment and recommendation, this paper studies the effect of small sample on the impact of network cultural psychological health education on vocational middle school students. The results of interviews identified as a group counseling target, a total of 6 groups counseling, to improve mental health of boys depression, anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity have a positive effect on the improvement of female obsessive-compulsive disorder effect is obvious. Conclusion Through counseling group counseling to improve occupational high school students online culture and mental health level has a positive effect.
