“您的演讲是本次会议的最受人喜爱的焦点,它把整个会议推向高潮,并使之成为有史以来最成功的会议.”这是国际水土保持协会主席宾·诺斯卡特今年3月14日写给我区赤峰市林业研究所高级工程师张凤同志的信中的一段热情洋溢的话.这段话又把我们带到了大洋彼岸,带到国际水保协会第19届年会召开的日子里.
