我厂制造7.5M卫星接收天线馈源如图2,由于受到设备限制,只能在C666车床上加工。普通车床加工双曲旋转面,车工只能靠手动进刀,用样板反复校对,操作十分麻烦,双曲线面难加工准确,粗糙度无法达到要求。鉴于上述情况,笔者设计了一个装置,装在C666车床的大拖板上,与车床的横向自动进给配合使用。经实践证明,使用装置加工出来的工件,双曲旋转面平整光滑,用砂纸稍加打磨即可达到要求。提高工效5~8倍。现介绍如下。
