目的:探讨低场MRI在子宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2010年2月~2011年2月诊治的子宫颈癌患者99例,所有患者术前均行MRI及CT检查,术后经病理学及免疫组化检查确诊。结果:MRI能够显示子宫颈癌的部位、形态、边缘、信号特点及对邻近组织的侵犯及区域淋巴结转移,并能够进行分期。CT共检出I期9例,Ⅱ期15例,Ⅲ期23例,Ⅳ期32例,检出率为79.8%。MRI共检出Ⅰ期14例,Ⅱ期18例,Ⅲ期26例,Ⅳ期32例,检出率为90.9%,两种检查方法对子宫颈癌的检出率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低场MRI对子宫颈癌有较高的检出率,在其治疗前评估中有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of low field MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods: 99 cases of cervical cancer diagnosed and treated from February 2010 to February 2011 were selected. All patients underwent MRI and CT preoperatively and pathologically and immunohistochemically confirmed. Results: MRI can show the location, morphology, margins, signal characteristics, invasion of adjacent tissues and regional lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer and can be staged. CT detected a total of 9 cases in stage I, 15 in stage II, 23 in stage III and 32 in stage IV, the detection rate was 79.8%. There were 14 cases in stage Ⅰ, 18 in stage Ⅱ, 26 in stage Ⅲ and 32 in stage Ⅳ, the detection rate was 90.9%. There was significant difference between the two methods in the detection rate of cervical cancer ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Low-field MRI has a high detection rate of cervical cancer, which has high value in pre-treatment evaluation.
