随着少儿图书馆建设和发展步伐的日益加快,仅仅依靠现有服务模式、人力资源、管理制度已远远满足不了社会发展的需求,需要探索建立一套行之有效的少儿图书馆志愿者发展及管理模式,以开展精准服务,拓展服务领域,提高服务品质,打造特色品牌,提升服务效能。“河南省少年儿童图书馆彩虹志愿者‘阅读·陪伴’妈妈分队”的组建及成长历程,其创新与实践,为少儿图书馆构建志愿者管理模式提供了有效的探索实践。
