目的:了解2011-2015年嵊州巿人民医院多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染及耐药情况。方法:采用法国梅里埃公司生产的VITEK2Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统及其配套鉴定药敏卡检测9 253份送检标本,分析多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染情况及耐药特点。结果:2011-2015年多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌分离率为24.0%(313/1 306);2011-2015年多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌分离率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05),多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染病例主要分布在呼吸内科(24.7%),来源于痰液(62.6%),多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢呋辛等几乎全部耐药,对氨苄西林/舒巴坦等抗菌药物呈高水平耐药,仅对米诺环素比较敏感。结论:该院多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染率呈逐年上升趋势,对常见抗菌药物高度耐药。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection and drug resistance in Shengzhou People’s Hospital from 2011 to 2015. Methods: A total of 9 253 specimens were tested by the VITEK2 Compact automatic detection and drug susceptibility analysis system developed by Meruiye Company of France and its identification kit. The infection status and drug resistance of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were analyzed. Results: The separation rate of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii from 2011 to 2015 was 24.0% (313/1 306). The separation rate of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii from 2011 to 2015 increased year by year (P <0.05) The cases of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were mainly respiratory medicine (24.7%), sputum (62.6%), multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii almost completely resistant to cefuroxime, / Sulbactam and other antibiotics showed high levels of resistance, only minocycline more sensitive. Conclusion: The infection rate of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in this hospital is increasing year by year, which is highly resistant to common antimicrobial agents.
