使用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定豆瓣菜中铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd),前处理方法采用硝酸+过氧化氢作消解试剂,并进行赶酸处理。结果表明,Cr的方法检出限为0.001 30 mg/kg,在基体改进剂NH_4H_2PO_4存在下,Pb、Cd的方法检出限分别为0.003 80、0.000 22 mg/kg,线性相关系数分别为1.000、0.999、0.999;选取GSB-6菠菜(GBW10015)和GSB-26芹菜(GBW10048)成分分析标准物质进行质控测量,3种元素的测定值均在标准值所在范围,且相对标准偏差<5.0%。该方法前处理操作简单,无需高氯酸的介入且检测效果显著。
Determination of chromium (Cr), lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in watercress by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The pretreatment method used nitric acid + hydrogen peroxide as digestion reagent and carried out the acid catching treatment. The results showed that the detection limit of Cr was 0.001 30 mg / kg. The detection limits of Pb and Cd were 0.003 80,0.000 22 mg / kg in the presence of NH 4 H 2 PO 4, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 1.000, 0.999 and 0.999. Quality control measurements were carried out on the constituents of GSB-6 spinach (GBW10015) and GSB-26 celery (GBW10048). The measured values of the three elements were within the range of the standard values and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%. The pretreatment of the method is simple, without the intervention of perchloric acid and the detection effect is remarkable.
