本期刊发的李洪凡和王爱兵老师的两篇文章,虽论述角度不尽相同,但不难发现两位作者对班级事务“细化”和“掌控”的强调,这难免引发异议:在强调学生个性和自主性的今天,班级需要这种全方位近距离的管理吗?可是作为作者的实践经验,肯定是已经在实际中有所作为了,而且作者都声明,最终目标是培养学生自我管理能力。那么,真的如两位老师所说,这种“细化”和“掌控”是“实现学生自我管理的必经途径”吗?相信读者都有自己的见解,欢迎来稿讨论。
