本文提出和初步论证了“三辊一次穿轧”这一无缝管热轧新系统,并在自制辊斜轧机上进行了穿轧实验,获得初步成果。就实验中所见情况和问题进行了分析,可供进一步研究时参考。
This paper presents and preliminarily demonstrates a new hot rolling system of “three rolls and one pass” and conducts the piercing and rolling experiments on the self-made roll-tilting mill and obtains preliminary results. The situation and problems seen in the experiment were analyzed for reference when further research.
