目的分析2009-2015年南平市传染病自动预警系统的运行情况,为提高传染病预警效率提供依据。方法采用描述性统计方法对2009-2015年南平市收到的传染病自动预警信息进行分析。结果 2009-2015年南平市预警信息系统共发出4 036次预警信号,响应率99.11%,及时响应率66.63%。其中单病例预警信息1 080条,及时响应率48.15%;时间序列预警信息2 956条,及时响应率73.38%。预警阳性率0.17%,灵敏度100.00%。结论传染病自动预警可以实现早期预警,但阳性率低、响应及时性不高,仍需进一步完善现有预警工作机制和方法。
Objective To analyze the operation of automatic warning system for infectious diseases in Nanping City from 2009 to 2015 and provide the basis for improving the efficiency of early warning of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the automatic warning messages of infectious diseases received in Nanping during 2009-2015. Results From 2009 to 2015, Nanping Warning Information System issued 4 036 warning signals, with a response rate of 99.11% and a timely response rate of 66.63%. Among them, there were 1 080 single-case early-warning information and timely response rate of 48.15%; 2 956 time-series early-warning information and timely response rate of 73.38%. Early warning positive rate of 0.17%, the sensitivity of 100.00%. Conclusion The automatic early warning of infectious diseases can achieve early warning, but the positive rate is low and the response timeliness is not high, and the existing early warning mechanism and method still need to be further improved.
