下腔静脉后输尿管属临床少见病种之一,它是由于下腔静脉发育异常而导致输尿管异常走行,并引发一系列临床症状的先天性疾病。自1893年Hochstetter报告第1例至今,国内外文献仅报告200多例,其中多数为术中偶然发现,少部分为尸检证实,只有部分病例术前确诊。日前我院收治1例病人,经输尿管、下腔静脉插管联合造影确诊为右侧下腔静脉后输尿管,并行手术证实,现报告如下。患者为30岁男性,主诉右腰部发作性绞痛1月余,查体右肾区有叩痛,尿镜检红细胞满视野,腹部平片未见异常,IVP示右
