传统专业市场向城市综合体转型提升已成为当前我国专业市场发展的主流趋势,预计在未来10年里,专业市场将逐步由“适应市场”进入“反应市场”的阶段,实现从“专业市场”到“市场型城市综合体”的整合与提升。市场型城市综合体的主要特点是现代化交易、商场化管理、集群化整合、楼宇化发展、总部化布局。其核心的市场功能改造提升的主要模式有盘活资源新建展示型专业市场、商流物流分离改造专业市场、整合小市场改造成新型大市场。本文以宁波实践为基础进行个案分析。
