目的:观察龙虎芪黄汤对卡介苗(BCG)+脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠急性免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清TNF-αIL-6影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射卡介苗(BCG)+脂多糖(LPS)建立小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,通过龙虎芪黄汤高、中、低剂量灌胃,检测血清ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-6的含量,并观察小鼠的肝组织的病理变化。结果:龙虎芪黄汤可显著降低BCG+LPS所致小鼠血清ALT、AST的升高(P<0.01),同时也明显降低TNF-α、IL-6的升高(P<0.05),能明显改善BCG+LPS所致的肝组织病理学损伤。结论:龙虎芪黄汤对BCG+LPS所致小鼠急性免疫性肝损伤的保护作用与减少细胞毒因子释放的有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Longhuqihuanghuang decoction on serum TNF-αIL-6 in mice with acute immunological liver injury induced by BCG + lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS: The model of immune liver injury in mice was established by tail vein injection of BCG plus lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The levels of ALT, AST, TNF-α and IL in serum were measured by high-, middle-, and low-dose administration of Longhuyinhuangtang. The content of -6 and observed the pathological changes of the mouse liver tissue. Results: Longhuqihuanghuang decoction can significantly reduce the increase of ALT and AST in mice induced by BCG+LPS (P<0.01), and also significantly reduce the increase of TNF-α and IL-6 (P<0.05). Significantly improved liver pathological damage caused by BCG+LPS. Conclusion: The protective effect of Longhuqihuanghuang decoction on acute liver injury induced by BCG+LPS in mice is related to the reduction of cytotoxic factor release.
