本文通过对85个肿瘤相关断裂点、89个脆性部位、34个细胞瘤基因位点在人基因纽中定位分布的比较,发现三类染色体位点有极大的位点相似性。根据肿瘤分子生物学研究的最新进展,提出了癌变的肿瘤始动部位假说,详细论述了三类染色体位点的功能及其与癌变的关系。此外,重点分析了染色体缺失断裂点的分布规律,讨论了抗瘤基因在人类基因组中存在的可能性,井认为抗瘤基因对瘤基因的调节是一种顺位作用调节方式。这种调节形式对稳定细胞的表型可能有重要作用。
In this paper, 85 cancer-related breakpoints, 89 fragile parts, 34 tumor cell loci in human gene New York locating distribution comparison found three types of chromosomal loci have great site similarity. According to the recent progress of tumor molecular biology research, the hypothesis of tumor initiating site of carcinogenesis was proposed. The function of three kinds of chromosomal loci and their relationship with carcinogenesis were discussed in detail. In addition, we mainly analyzed the distribution rule of chromosomal deletion breakpoints, discussed the possibility of anti-tumor genes in human genome, and thought that the anti-tumor gene regulation of oncogenes is a cis-acting regulation way. This form of regulation may play an important role in stabilizing the cell’s phenotype.
