[目的]研究FHIT和survivin在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,探讨两者在肺癌发生发展过程中的的相互关系及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学PV-9000通用型二步法检测90例NSCLC组织、20例癌旁肺组织、10例肺良性病变组织中FHIT和survivin的表达情况,并分析两者之间的关系。[结果]FHIT蛋白在NSCLC组织中阳性表达率(47.78%)显著低于癌旁肺组织(90.00%)和肺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率(100.00%)(P<0.01)。FHIT蛋白的阳性表达率与TNM分期、病理类型及吸烟情况有关(P<0.05)。FHIT阳性组的5年生存率显著优于FHIT阴性组(P=0.000),survivin阴性组的5年生存率显著优于survivin阳性组(P=0.019)。NSCLC组织中FHIT和survivin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.524,P=0.000)。[结论]FHIT、survivin在NSCLC的发生发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测有助于NSCLC预后判断。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of FHIT and survivin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to explore their correlation and clinical significance in the development of lung cancer. [Method] The expression of FHIT and survivin in 90 cases of NSCLC, 20 cases of paracancerous lung tissue and 10 cases of benign lung lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry PV-9000 universal two-step method. The relationship between them was analyzed . [Results] The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in NSCLC tissues (47.78%) was significantly lower than that in adjacent noncancerous lung tissues (90.00%) and benign lung lesions (100.00%) (P <0.01). The positive expression rate of FHIT protein was related to TNM staging, pathological type and smoking status (P <0.05). The 5-year survival rate of FHIT-positive group was significantly better than that of FHIT-negative group (P = 0.000). The 5-year survival rate of survivin-negative group was significantly higher than that of survivin-positive group (P = 0.019). NSCLC tissue FHIT and survivin expression was negatively correlated (r = -0.524, P = 0.000). [Conclusion] FHIT and survivin play an important role in the development and progression of NSCLC. Combined detection may be helpful for the prognosis of NSCLC.
