我们在36.5m氮氧饱和潜水26昼夜模拟实验中,采用无创伤方法记录脉图,旨在观察高气压下人的血流动力学变化。受试者取仰卧位,在左侧关脉处记录脉图,用水银血压计测量左上臂肱动脉血压,按南昌市第二医院脉图室提供的EO-O号公式,将测得的初始数据,经国产719型电子计算机统计处理。自愿受试者为7名男青年,平均年龄22.6±3.9岁,模拟压力为4.65ATA,舱温26.05±0.8℃,相对湿度70.3±0.9%,氧分压0.31±0.08ATA,CO_2分压0.002ATA,氮分压4.34ATA,他们在上述条件下生活、作业26昼夜,经4昼夜减压回到常压。
In a 36.5-m nitrogen-oxygen saturated diving day-night simulation experiment, we recorded the pulse by noninvasive method, in order to observe the changes of hemodynamics under high pressure. Subjects were supine, left pulse at the pulse recording place, with a mercury sphygmomanometer brachial artery blood pressure measurement, according to Nanchang Second Hospital pulse room EO-O formula, the measured initial Data, by the domestic 719-type computer statistical processing. The volunteers were seven young men with an average age of 22.6 ± 3.9 years, simulated pressure of 4.65ATA, temperature of 26.05 ± 0.8 ℃, relative humidity of 70.3 ± 0.9%, oxygen partial pressure of 0.31 ± 0.08ATA, CO_2 partial pressure of 0.002ATA , Partial pressure of nitrogen 4.34ATA, they live under the above conditions, work 26 days and nights, decompression back to normal pressure after 4 days and nights.
