疤痕组织是人体创伤修复过程中的必然产物，任何创伤的愈合都伴有不同程度的疤痕形成，也就是说疤痕是机体修复创伤的最终结果。疤痕组织在病理组织上是一种血婚不良，结构异常，神经、血管分布错乱的不健全组织。祖国医学自古有“外科不治疤，治疤准抓瞎”之说，也为目前国际共认的顽症之一。因此，对疤痕组织的发生机理、预防和治疗问题已成为外科的一个重要课题。作者自1994年始有选择性的应用美比欧疤痕平治疗早期增殖性疤痕20例，取得了较满意的疗效，治愈率60％（12／20）；显效率35％（7／20）有效率5％（1／20）。治疗中采用三种方式：即单纯疤痕平按摩，疤痕平＋弹力绷带，疤痕平＋音频＋弹力绷带。本组以疤痕平＋弹力绷带应用为主，近远期效果都很理想。由于治疗的病例具有选择性和一定的局限性，仅供参考。对大面积及时间较长的疤痕治疗效果有持共同探讨。
