释义:1.2013年是共青团的换届之年。6月,共青团十七大召开,选举产生了新一届团中央领导机构。自2012年12月至今,超过20个省级团委召开了本级代表大会,大部分团干部进行了调整。2.2013年,全团开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,按照团中央统一部署,团的地市级以上机关集中开展“走进青年、转变作风、改进工作”大宣传大调研活动,向基层实践学习,围绕党中央对共青团工作的新要求,探索新形势下共青团事业实现新发展的路径。
