我们配制的磺胺嘧啶甲氧苄胺嘧啶合剂(下称双嘧啶合剂),疗效较市售的大力克(仅含磺胺嘧啶10%)好。另外我院儿科常用庆大霉素针剂口服,治疗菌痢、肠炎、消化不良等胃肠道疾病,很不方便,因此配制了庆大霉紊糖浆。这两种制剂都是供小儿服用的。一、双嘧啶合剂处方:磺胺嘧啶(SD)4g、甲氧苄胺嘧啶(TMP)0.5g、单糖浆20ml、苯甲酸0.2g、琼脂0.35g、香精适量、蒸馏水加至100ml。制法:称取琼脂,加适量蒸馏水浸泡后,加热煮沸溶解,加入单糖浆,滤过。另称取SD、TMP及苯甲酸于研钵中用少量琼脂溶液研磨成糊状后,逐渐加入其余的琼脂溶液研匀,然后加入用水溶解的香精与蒸馏水至全量,混合均匀即得。
