随着美国国际贸易政策的调整,美国加大了对知识产权保护的力度,在当前知识产权立法保持基本稳定的前提下,加强知识产权执法成为美国政府的一项重点工作。《优化知识产权资源与组织法案》的颁布实施,《知识产权执法联合战略计划》的公布以及正在如火如荼协商中的《反假冒贸易协议》(草案)都表明了美国政府在国际和国内层面致力于加强知识产权执法的决心。《计划》整合了美国政府的所有相关的执法资源,制定了6大类,共33项实施项目,必将对美国乃至其贸易伙伴的知识产权执法产生重要影响。
With the adjustment of the U.S. international trade policy, the United States has stepped up its efforts to protect intellectual property rights. Under the current premise of maintaining intellectual property legislation, strengthening enforcement of intellectual property rights has become a key task of the U.S. government. The promulgation and implementation of the “Optimizing Intellectual Property Rights and Organizational Act”, the publication of the Joint Strategic Plan for Enforcement of IPRs and the “Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement” (draft) in full swing both demonstrate that the U.S. government is committed at both the international and domestic levels Determined to strengthen enforcement of intellectual property rights. The Program integrates all relevant law enforcement resources of the U.S. government and has formulated six major types of 33 implementation projects that will have a significant impact on the enforcement of intellectual property rights by the United States and its trading partners.
