针对电动轮自卸车前、后桥运动不协调,侧倾性能差的现象,提出了一种新型长度可变、刚度可调节的非线性横向稳定杆。采用多体动力学方法建立了自卸车整车动力学模型,并进行了运动学性能和侧倾性能分析。结果表明:使用新型横向稳定杆的自卸车前、后桥运动不协调现象得到了解决,直线行驶性能提高了61.71%,侧倾性能提高了26.32%,驾驶人座椅侧向振动减小了7.1%;采用遗传算法对自卸车侧倾性能进行了优化,使侧倾性能提高了25%。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the front and rear axle of the electric wheel dump truck are not coordinated and the roll performance is poor, a new type of nonlinear stabilizer bar with variable length and adjustable stiffness is proposed. The dynamic model of dump truck was established by multi-body dynamics method, and kinematics and roll performance analysis was carried out. The results show that the uncoordinated movement of the front and rear axles of the dump truck with the new transverse stabilizer bar is solved. The linear driving performance is increased by 61.71%, the roll performance is increased by 26.32% and the driver seat lateral vibration is reduced by 7.1 %; Using the genetic algorithm to optimize the dump truck roll performance, the roll performance increased by 25%.
