To strengthen the vitality of an enterprise requires both a root cause and a problem, and the fundamental solution lies in the transformation of enterprise operating mechanisms. There are currently two issues that must be resolved in the transformation of the business management mechanism: First, the intrinsic motive power of the start-up companies should be regarded as the focus of in-depth reform; the second is to strengthen the internal motivation of the company while ensuring the standardization and rationalization of the enterprise’s behavior.
