目前小四轮拖拉机大都无液压悬挂机构,与其配套的农具只好采用牵引式作业。牵引式双铧犁作业时,耕地直线性差,预留地头长,转弯倒车不灵活。 1LF—220型机械式悬挂双铧犁操作省力、准确、可靠,有良好的调节性能。为了使双铧犁具有通用性,该机具在悬挂机构中用了一块特制的牵引板,牵引板的两侧开有光孔。牵引板上设有转动轴座和扇形齿板、转动轴等。通过长孔可使牵引板与多种机型小四轮连结。这种类型的机械式悬挂双铧犁已安装在龙江—12、邢台—12等小四轮上进行翻地作业。本研究项目已取得国家专利。对于如何减轻杠杆
