面试是国家公务员录用考试的一个重要环节,是一种测试应试者能力的手段和方法。面试考官素质的高低,直接影响着考试的质量。随着考试录用工作的全面展开,如何搞好面试考官队伍建设的问题愈来愈引起人们广泛地重视和深刻地思考。 一、面试呼唤考官 知识不等于能力,有的人知识掌握不少,但并未形成能力,即所谓“书呆子”;有的人由于某种环境条件的局限,虽然未能掌握很多知识,但具有潜在的能力,一旦获得学习的机会,就会焕发出内在的潜力。录用考试只有重视对应考者能力和潜能的测查,才能得以健康发展,发挥其功用。显然,对于人的某些能力、气质、性格等方面的考查,笔试则显得无能为力了。
