目的:探讨参麦汤改善糖耐量异常大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA基因表达的作用。方法:造模大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、参麦汤组、参麦汤加运动组、运动组。用RT-PCR方法检测参麦汤对糖耐量异常大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA表达的影响。结果:参麦汤组大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA表达上升最显著(P<0.001),运动组(P<0.01)、参麦加运动组(P<0.05)依次次之。结论:参麦汤可上调大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA的表达,可能是其改善胰岛素抵抗的机理之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenmaitang on GLUT4mRNA expression in skeletal muscle of rats with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods: The model rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Shenmai Tang group, Shenmai Tonga exercise group and exercise group. Effect of Shenmai Tang on GLUT4 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle of rats with impaired glucose tolerance by RT-PCR. Results: The GLUT4 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle of Shenmai Tang group was the most significant (P <0.001), exercise group (P <0.01), followed by Shenmai Jia exercise group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenmaitang can up-regulate the expression of GLUT4 mRNA in the skeletal muscle of rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of improving insulin resistance.
