9.4上海电气(集团)总公司、国家开发银行上海分行近期达成开发性金融合作协议。根据上海电气“十一五”发展规划和对上海电气集团信用评审结果,国家开发银行同意在2007年至2010年期间,在国家批准的上海电气信贷规模内,与上海电气集团的金融合作额度为100亿元。这是大企业集团与开发性金融机构共同构筑合作平台,谋求银企双赢发展的新尝试。上海电气集团是上海市国资委管理的国有企业,是中国最大的机电装备类企业集团。
9.4 Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation and China Development Bank Shanghai Branch recently reached an agreement on the development of financial cooperation.
