温室中的小气候环境以温暖、潮湿和空气不大流通为特征。由于温度适宜,相对湿度又高,既适宜于植物的生长,又适宜于蜗牛、蛞蝓、鼠妇、马陆等有害动物的活动和为害。同时,在温室内花卉排列比较密集,有利于温室中有害动物的蔓延、传布。又因温室内,最低温度一般不限制其活动,因此其在温室内比室外生长发育快,繁殖代数多,在室内终年活动为害,影响花卉的生长和观赏价值。
