目的探讨临床药师参与抗菌药物治疗实践提供思路和方法。方法临床药师通过参与抗菌药物治疗实例,对抗菌药物的合理选择提出给药方案,并对给药方法进行分析。结果临床药师参与抗菌药物治疗的会诊可优化给药方案,有利于提高临床抗菌药物合理使用水平。结论临床药师深入临床与医师协作,调整给药方案,使患者的感染性疾病得到有效的治疗,提高了抗菌药物的治疗水平。
Objective To explore the clinical pharmacists to participate in the practice of antimicrobial therapy to provide ideas and methods. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of antimicrobial agents, the rational choice of antimicrobial drug delivery program, and analysis of drug delivery methods. Results The participation of clinical pharmacists in the consultation of antibacterial drug treatment can optimize the dosage regimen and improve the rational use of clinical antimicrobial agents. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists in-depth clinical and physician collaboration, adjust the drug program, so that patients with infectious diseases effectively treated and improved the level of antimicrobial treatment.
