氟嗪酸是羧基喹诺酮类氟化物,是一种在体外具有很强的抗β-内酰胺酶阴性和阳性奈瑟氏淋球菌活性的抗菌剂。最小抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为<0.002～0.02μg/ml,一次口服氟嗪酸400mg,血浆中均峰值可达3.2μg/ml,半衰期约为6小时。本研究的目的是观察单剂量口服氟嗪酸400mg治疗成年无并发症淋病的疗效和安全性。观察对象为1989年2月22日至1989年6月10日在纽约Brooklyn的Grown Heights性病门诊治疗的18岁以上的男女患者。
Flufenamic acid is a carboxyquinolone fluoride that is an antibacterial agent that has strong anti-β-lactamase-negative and Neisseria gonorrhoeae activity in vitro. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ranged from 0.002 to 0.02 μg / ml. The first oral administration of 400 mg of triflumuron and the peak plasma concentration reached 3.2 μg / ml with a half-life of about 6 hours. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of a single oral olanzapine 400 mg in the treatment of adult non-complication gonorrhea. Subjects were men and women over the age of 18 who were treated at the Grown Heights STD Clinic in Brooklyn, New York from February 22, 1989 to June 10, 1989.
