目的了解许昌市家蝇抗药性现状,为科学合理地使用杀虫剂灭蝇提供科学依据。方法微量点滴法。结果 2014年许昌市家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯的LD_(50)分别为0.40、0.29、0.22、0.25μg/♀,相对抗性倍数分别为4.69、3.16、7.14、43.1。许昌市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗药性,对氯菊酯高抗,对其余3种药剂为低抗水平。结论科学合理地使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the current situation of housefly resistance in Xuchang and to provide a scientific basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides to fly.
