本文报道用新的扩环方法,将青霉素 G 扩环成3-外向亚甲基头孢烷,进而官能化制得3-乙酰氧甲基头孢烯。文中列出了给定条件下各步反应收率及中间体理化常数。
This paper reports a new expansion method, the expansion of penicillin G 3-exo-methylene cephalosporins, and then functionalized 3-acetoxymethyl Cephem. In this paper, the reaction yield and the physicochemical constants of the intermediates are listed under the given conditions.
