冷连轧机动态变规格技术是全连续冷连轧生产的核心技术之一,是一个具有多变量耦合和非线性时变特性的复杂过程。这使得采用常规的控制理论进行控制器设计变得非常复杂和困难。以国内某厂1250 mm冷连轧机组为研究对象,采用神经网络并结合遗传算法建立控制模型,实现冷连轧机的动态变规格的智能控制。实际生产应用表明该控制模型精度高、稳定性好。
Cold rolling mill dynamic variable specification technology is one of the core technologies of full continuous cold rolling, is a complex process with multivariable coupling and nonlinear time-varying characteristics. This makes the use of conventional control theory for controller design becomes very complicated and difficult. Taking a 1250 mm tandem cold rolling mill in a domestic plant as the research object, the neural network and genetic algorithm were used to establish the control model to realize the intelligent control of the dynamic variation specification of the tandem cold rolling mill. The actual production application shows that the control model has high precision and good stability.
