X射线Guinier聚焦相机不仅能提供比德拜相机质量高得多的衍射图案,而且在某些方面也能和衍射仪媲美。由于这种相机具有分辨率高,背景低、盲区小,检测灵敏度高、多样品同时分析、工作效率高、需要样品数量少等特点,对X射线物相分析来说是一种具有独特性能的分析工具。资料[1]介绍了欧美20多个实验室用各种不同的方法对三种未知混合物样品进行的分析。结果表明Guinier聚焦相机无论在分析精度和分辨本领等诸方面的性能都是极高的,因此这种仪器在国外的许多实验室中得到普遍重视。
The X-ray Guinier Focusing Camera not only offers a much higher quality diffraction pattern than a BeidBay camera, but it also rivals a diffractometer in some ways.
