硫酸阿托品注射于小鼠“内关”穴,其LD_(50)值显著低于肌肉注射(P<0.01),但略高于静脉注射(P<0.05)。“内关”注射后30s、1、2、5min的扩瞳作用显著大于肌肉注射(P<0.01),而与静脉注射相仿(P>0.05)。大鼠“内关”注射后抑制Ach的降压作用与静脉注射无显著差别(P>0.05),但却显著大于肌肉注射(P<0.05)。小鼠“内关”注射本药后,发生惊厥的潜伏期与静脉注射无显著差异(P>0.05),但惊厥时穴位组的平均血药浓度显著低于静脉组(P<0.01)。小鼠臂丛神经完全切断后,对“内关”注射所产生的致惊作用未见显著影响。
Atropine sulphate was injected into the mouse’s “Neiguan” acupoint, and its LD_(50) value was significantly lower than that of intramuscular injection (P <0.01), but slightly higher than that of intravenous injection (P <0.05). The pupil dilation during 30s, 1,2, and 5min after injection of Neiguan was significantly greater than that of intramuscular injection (P<0.01), but similar to that of intravenous injection (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect of Ach after intravenous injection of rats “Neiguan” (P>0.05), but it was significantly greater than that of intramuscular injection (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the latency of convulsions between mice and Neiguan’s injection (P>0.05), but the mean plasma concentration of convulsions in the acupoint group was significantly lower than that in the intravenous group (P<0.01). After the complete ablation of the brachial plexus in mice, there was no significant effect on the convulsive effects produced by the Neiguan injection.
