用参芪散Ⅱ号治疗300例小儿铅吸收患儿,并与维生素C治疗小儿铅吸收100例对照。结果:参芪散Ⅱ号治疗儿童铅吸收的总有效率达93.3%,治疗后患儿发样中钙、锌微量元素,均有不同程度增加;治疗小儿铅吸收显效率、总有效率,参芪散Ⅱ号治疗组明显优于维生素C对照组(P<0.01)。实验证明,参芪散Ⅱ号能明显降低铅中毒时小鼠毛发中的铅含量(P<0.05);对网状内皮系统吞噬功能有增强作用,对细胞免疫有促进作用。
Treatment of 300 children with lead absorption by Shenqisan II and control of 100 cases of lead absorption by vitamin C in children. Results: The total effective rate of lead absorption in children treated with Shenqisan II was 93.3%. After treatment, calcium and zinc microelements in children samples were all increased to varying degrees. The effective rate of lead absorption, total effective rate, Qi San II treatment group was significantly better than the vitamin C control group (P <0.01). Experiments show that Shen Qi San II can significantly reduce the lead poisoning in mice hair lead (P <0.05); the reticuloendothelial system phagocytosis enhanced role in promoting cellular immunity.
