目的探讨环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例乳腺癌组织中COX-2和bFGF的表达。结果在恶性肿瘤国际临床病期分类(TNM)Ⅰ~Ⅱ乳腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性系数均数为(1.03±1.28),bFGF的阳性系数均数为(1.08±1.21),在TNMⅢ~Ⅳ乳腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性系数均数为(3.09±1.70);bFGF的阳性系数均数为(3.00±1.91)。TNMⅢ~Ⅳ乳腺癌组织中COX-2和bFGF的表达明显高于TNMⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.01)。在淋巴结阳性组乳腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性系数均数为(2.76±1.66),bFGF的阳性系数均数为(2.82±1.57);在淋巴结阴性组乳腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性系数均数为(0.67±1.07),bFGF的阳性系数均数为(0.59±1.12)。淋巴结阳性组乳腺癌组织中COX-2和bFGF的表达明显高于淋巴结阴性组(P<0.01)。结论COX-2、bFGF高表达可能与乳腺癌的预后有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 and bFGF in 60 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive coefficient of COX-2 was (1.03 ± 1.28) and the positive coefficient of bFGF was (1.08 ± 1.21) in TNMⅠ ~ Ⅱ breast cancer tissues, Ⅳ The positive coefficient of COX-2 in breast cancer tissues was (3.09 ± 1.70), the positive coefficient of bFGF was (3.00 ± 1.91). The expression of COX-2 and bFGF in TNM Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in TNM Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (P <0.01). The positive coefficient of COX-2 in breast cancer tissues with lymph node positive was (2.76 ± 1.66), the positive coefficient of bFGF was (2.82 ± 1.57). The positive coefficient of COX-2 in breast cancer with negative lymph node (0.67 ± 1.07), the positive coefficient of bFGF was (0.59 ± 1.12). The expression of COX-2 and bFGF in lymph node positive group was significantly higher than that in negative group (P <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of COX-2 and bFGF may be related to the prognosis of breast cancer.
