通过对210例手部湿疹的病因学调查发现,手部湿疹的发病与性别、年龄及季节有关。斑贴试验结果表明重铬酸钾、氯化镍、硫酸钴、对苯二胺及洗衣粉是手部湿疹最常见的致敏原,职业组手部湿疹斑试阳性率明显高于非职业组,说明职业性皮肤病诊断标准中规定的标准斑试系列在探索手部湿疹,尤其是职业性手部湿疹的致病因素中具有一定的实用和诊断价值。
