两年前,我开始筹办京师(武汉)律师事务所,当时经济处于下行期,诸多行业不景气,传统律所自不例外。大家纷纷开始尝试创新,图谋转型突围。为此,我反复思考着如何在把握时代脉搏的基础上,创办一家新型的律师事务所?为此,我苦寻答案,焦灼困顿。从平台的视角出发,我对平台的认知与《平台转型》一书有诸多吻合处,同时这本新书也给了我不少启迪。
Two years ago, I started to run a law firm in Beijing (Wuhan). At that time, the economy was in a downturn. Many industries were in a downturn. The traditional law firms were no exception. Everyone has begun to try innovation, attempt to break through the transition. To this end, I repeatedly pondered on how to set up a new type of law firm based on the pulse of the times. For this reason, I searched for answers and scorched and weary. From the perspective of the platform, my understanding of the platform has many coincides with the book “Platform Transformation”, and this new book has given me a lot of inspiration.
