目的采用加权逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法进行万古霉素新生儿的药物利用评价,为其合理应用提供参考。方法参考国内外专家共识和应用指南,建立万古霉素新生儿药物利用评价标准。收集2014年1月至2015年11月本院新生儿科使用万古霉素并至少进行一次治疗药物监测的全部患儿信息,依据标准进行用药过程的评价,并采用加权TOPSIS法进行数据的统计分析。结果共搜集74份病例进行评价,其中与最优解相对接近程度为1的有27例(36%),介于0.7~0.8的2例(3%),介于0.6~0.7的16例(22%),介于0.5~0.6的23例(31%),介于0.4~0.5的6例(8%)。结论采用加权TOPSIS法进行万古霉素新生儿的药物利用评价合理可行,具有可操作性。
Objective To evaluate the drug utilization of vancomycin neonate by weighted approximation ideal desequencing (TOPSIS), and provide reference for its rational application. Methods Reference domestic and international expert consensus and application guidelines, the establishment of vancomycin newborn drug utilization evaluation criteria. We collected data on all infants with vancomycin in our neonatology department from January 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital and monitored at least one therapeutic drug. We evaluated the course of the drug according to the standard and performed statistical analysis using the weighted TOPSIS method. Results A total of 74 cases were collected for evaluation. Among them, 27 cases (36%) were relatively close to the optimal one, 2 cases (3%) were between 0.7 and 0.8, 16 cases were between 0.6 and 0.7 22%), 23 cases (31%) between 0.5 and 0.6, and 6 cases (8%) between 0.4 and 0.5. Conclusion The weighted TOPSIS method for vancomycin newborn drug use evaluation is reasonable and feasible and feasible.
