由于土方机械的作业工况较为恶劣,土方机械存在一般机械产品所没有的安全风险,因此,国际上对土方机械安全功能的要求越来越高。依据我国新颁布的土方机械安全与噪声限值14项强制性国家标准,阐述标准制定背景,分析典型土方机械安全标准技术方案,为我国开发具有国际竞争力的土方机械产品提供参考。
Due to the harsh working conditions of earthmoving machinery, earthmoving machinery poses the safety risk that ordinary machinery products do not have. Therefore, the earthmoving machinery safety requirements in the world are getting higher and higher. Based on the 14 mandatory national standards promulgated by our country for newly promulgating the safety and noise limits for earthmoving machinery, this paper elaborates the background of standard setting, analyzes the technical solutions of the typical earthmoving machinery safety standards, and provides reference for our country to develop earthmoving machinery products with international competitiveness.
