大型科研产业单位党建工作是一项长期艰巨的系统工程。本文以国网电力科学研究院/南京南瑞集团(以下简称“国网电科院”)为例,从大型科研产业企业党建工作应发挥的三个作用,剖析企业党建工作思路、做法和取得成果,对如何在新时期下做好党建工作和为企业跨越发展提供坚强政治保障提出了思考和探讨。
Party building in large-scale scientific research units is a long-term and arduous systematic project.
