对４９例妊高征及２２例正常妊娠妇女血浆的绒毛膜促性腺激素的β－亚单位（β－ｈＣＧ）、胎盘泌乳素（ｈＰＬ）的水平进行测定。结果表明：妊高征轻度组β－ｈＣＧ、ｈＰＬ的水平与正常妊娠组相比，差别不显著；妊高征重度组β－ｈＣＧ比正常妊娠组及妊高征轻度组明显增高；妊高征重度组ｈＰＬ比妊高征轻度组降低，但未达到统计学意义。这提示β－ｈＣＧ、ｈＰＬ的变化是胎盘滋养细胞坏死和滋养细胞增生的代偿性表现。
The levels of β-hCG and hPL in plasma of 49 PIH patients and 22 normal pregnant women were measured. The results showed that the levels of β-hCG and hPL in mild PIH group were not significantly different from those in normal pregnancy group. The β-hCG in severe PIH group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group and PIH group. HPL severe group than PIH mild group decreased, but did not reach statistical significance. This suggests that changes in β-hCG and hPL are compensatory manifestations of placental trophoblastic necrosis and trophoblastic proliferation.
