文章梳理了O2O模式的特点及其在图书馆服务中的应用现状,从潜在用户、图书馆的服务体验以及服务营销等角度分析O2O模式在图书馆的应用价值。通过分析指出O2O服务模式在图书馆面临的信息缺乏统一、业务流程不畅以及线上体验单一等问题,并针对存在的问题从构建协同平台,实现网上预约;利用系统优势,精准服务内容以及创新线上功能,完善线下服务等方面提出解决策略。
This paper reviews the characteristics of O2O model and its application status in library services, and analyzes the application value of O2O model in libraries from the perspectives of potential users, service experiences of libraries and service marketing. Through the analysis, it pointed out that the O2O service model lacks the unification of information, poor business process and single experience of online experience in the library, and builds a collaborative platform to realize the online booking according to the existing problems; makes use of the system advantages, precise service content and innovation Online functions, improve offline services and other aspects of the proposed strategy.
