采用胶原酶B急性分离大鼠心室肌细胞。利用膜片钳技术,观察甲基黄酮醇胺对心肌细胞膜钙离子通道的影响。结果表明:甲基黄酮醇胺1 、10 和50 μmol/L可剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠心室肌细胞膜钙离子电流,表明甲基黄酮醇胺有钙拮抗作用。
Acute isolation of rat ventricular myocytes with collagenase B. Patch clamp technique was used to observe the effects of methylflavone on the calcium channel of myocardial cells. The results showed that MTD at 1, 10 and 50 μmol / L could inhibit the calcium current in rat ventricular myocytes in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that methyl-flavonolamine has calcium antagonism.
