目的:研究评价中药外用对骨癌疼痛模型的止痛和骨保护作用。方法:大鼠左后肢胫骨接种转移性大鼠乳腺癌细胞株MRMT-1细胞以制成骨癌疼痛模型按体重将动物分为模型组、唑来膦酸组和中药组;同时设假手术组。中药组于造模后2~21 d用3%化瘀止痛方浸剂浸泡后肢,60 min/次,Bid;以唑来膦酸为阳性对照30μg.kg-1于造模后第5,7,9,12,14,16,19天ip,造模后第19天检测痛行为双足负重差值,第21天测定胫骨标本骨密度。结果:与模型组比较,中药组和唑来膦酸组的双足负重差值降低,胫骨骨质破坏明显改善,骨密度增高。结论:外用中药化瘀止痛方可有效治疗骨癌疼痛,减轻骨转移所致的溶骨性骨质破坏。
Objective: To evaluate the analgesic effect and bone protective effect of topical Chinese herb on bone cancer pain model. METHODS: Rat left hindlimb tibia was inoculated with MRMT-1 cells in metastatic rat breast cancer cell line to make bone cancer pain model. Animals were divided into model group, zoledronic acid group and Chinese herbal medicine group according to body weight. At the same time, . The Chinese herbal medicine group was immersed in hind limbs with 3% Huayu Zhitong Recipe for 2 ~ 21 d after modeling for 60 min / times, Bid; Zoledronic acid was used as positive control 30 μg.kg-1, , 9, 12, 14, 16 and 19 days ip, respectively, and the difference of the weight of the two feet was detected on the 19th day after modeling. The bone density of the tibia was measured on the 21st day. Results: Compared with the model group, the difference between the two groups of Chinese medicine group and the zoledronic acid group decreased, the tibia bone destruction significantly improved, and the bone density increased. Conclusion: External application of traditional Chinese medicine for resolving stasis can effectively treat the pain of bone cancer and relieve osteolytic bone destruction caused by bone metastasis.
