滤料的“成熟”是接触氧化法除铁的必要前提和组成部分。本文首先探讨了“成熟”滤料具有强烈的自触媒催化作用。其作用发生在“成熟”滤料的外表面;集聚在外表面上的催化物质具有不稳定的活性等基本催化特征。目前,对滤料“成熟”程度的判别方法有两种:(?)用铁质附着指数C.I及采用滤后水水质指标来衡量。本文分析了这两种鉴别方法,指出了其中的不合理性,提出了滤料“成熟”程度只反映单位滤层的除铁能力,因此,可用亚铁离子在滤层中氧化反应速度常数k来鉴别滤料的“成熟”程度。本文探讨了铁质活性滤膜的形成过程及影响滤料“成熟”的因素。
The “mature” of the filter media is an essential prerequisite and part of the iron removal by the contact oxidation method. This article first discussed the “mature” filter material has a strong self catalytic catalyst.
