由于我国的的水资源越来越贫乏,水资源状况越来越恶劣,水资源保护已迫在眉睫,为了合理开发和利用水资源及保护水资源,必须加大对水资源的保护和水资源的统一管理。
As China’s water resources are getting poorer and the water resources are getting worse, water resources protection is imminent.
