本文系统地叙述了电模拟方法在滑动轴承润滑理论中应用的理论基础,提供了在各种介质情况、边界条件和几何形状下轴承的模拟方程和途径;并统一地从相似理论出发叙述了模型设计原则、步骤以及如何将实验数据推广等问题。本文还通过一实例,介绍了用电模拟法为工具,研究粘度随压力变化之推力轴承承载能力问题,并介绍了其模型制作和测试过程。
This paper systematically describes the theoretical basis of the application of electrical simulation in the lubrication theory of sliding bearings and provides the simulation equations and ways of bearings under various media conditions, boundary conditions and geometries. The model is described from the similarity theory Design principles, steps and how to promote the experimental data and other issues. In this paper, an example is also given to introduce the method of electric simulation as a tool to study the bearing capacity of thrust bearing with viscosity changing with pressure. The model making and testing process are also introduced.
