我国“十三五”规划提出五大发展理念:创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享。2016年中国基础教育发展的新思路是:以提高教育质量作为战略主题。广义的教育质量包括教育结果、教育过程、教育投入(尤其是师资力量)。狭义的教育质量,就是指教育结果。历史课堂的教育质量,从狭义上看,更应从重点关注学生的历史学科核心素养的培养着手。《初中历史教学指引》写道:“历史课程作为涵养人文精神、传承文化精粹、培养符合时代
